Bintang Oto Global Tbk PT has filed an IPO.

PT Bintang Oto Global Tbk is an Indonesia-based integrated automotive company, which has dealership, auto rental, auto service and used car retailer business lines. The Company’s business activities include the fields of trade, services, industry and land transportation. It classifies its business activities into three business segments consisting of the sale of vehicles and spare parts, operating leases and others. It provides comprehensive sales and after-sales service solutions for Honda brand new vehicles. It also offers complete transportation solution in the form of vehicle rental and maintenance and repair means solutions. It is also focused on providing solutions for the needs of buying and selling used cars. Its subsidiaries include PT Sumber Utama Niaga (SUNI), PT Sinar Usaha Nusantara (SUNU) and PT Bintang Digital Utama (BDU). SUNI is engaged in trading, transportation, construction industry, printing services, workshops agriculture and forestry.
