PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk has completed an IPO in the amount of IDR 660.70815 billion.

PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk is a subsidiary of PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk that focuses on metallurgical coal mining, and minerals mining and processing businesses. It operates as a hard coking coal (HCC) producer in Indonesia and is building an aluminum smelter in a green industrial park in North Kalimantan. Its segments include coal mining, metal processing, and other services. Through its subsidiaries, the Company has five Coal Contract of Work (CCoW) concession areas with large metallurgical coal resources and reserves in East Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan province. The Company also provides consultation services to the subsidiaries and offers mining services by leasing the crushing plant, located in PT Adaro Indonesia (AI)’s mine area in Wara, Tabalong regency, South Kalimantan province. Its products include green coal, hard coking coal, metallurgical coal, and processed aluminum. Its subsidiaries include PT Alam Tri Daya Indonesia and PT Adaro Baterai Indonesia.
