Prodware: sale of private cloud and telecoms subsidiary

Prodware announced on Wednesday that it would be selling its private cloud and telecoms activities in France and Belgium to adista, a brand of the French technology group inherent.
The deal comes as Prodware, now a subsidiary of Phast, seeks to refocus on business applications, data, AI, public cloud and security services.
Under the terms of the agreement, Prodware customers will now be offered adista's private cloud and telecommunications solutions.
Similarly, adista customers, and by extension those of other inherent group entities, will be able to benefit from Prodware's offering.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The inherent group - which has 14 interconnected data centers and 40 offices in France - is an alternative operator specializing in cloud, connectivity and B2B cybersecurity.
