This module highlights key shipping metrics such as shipping volumes and spend by carrier, tracking data, shipment traffic and more. With the addition of Insights to the ProShip Multi-Carrier Shipping Software platform, warehouse operations, IT and customer service leaders will be able to make faster and more informed shipping decisions that lead to bottom-line savings and improved end-customer satisfaction. With this in mind, ProShip developed Insights so users can eliminate reliance on their IT teams to run reports from separate systems or to analyze data on their behalf. Instead, they have the data they need at their fingertips to easily use and manipulate pre-built visualizations as well as create custom visualizations to populate role-based dashboards or create custom reports that can be saved, scheduled and shared with anyone in their organization. ProShip Insights will provide companies with the ability to disseminate the data inherently collected in the ProShip platform in a way that makes sense to their unique businesses, allowing them to quickly access data, improve bottom line and end-customer satisfaction and inform key stakeholders on current shipping operations. Insights can also be used with other operational data coming from Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions.
