Piotech (Shanghai) Co., Ltd announced that it will receive CNY 270,000,000 in an equity round of funding from returning investor Piotech Inc. on June 17, 2022. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the investor at its 11th session of 1st directorate and the 6th session of 1st supervisory board. Post to the closing, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 50,000,000 to CNY 320,000,000.

Piotech Inc is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, and sales of semiconductor thin film deposition equipment. The Company mainly provides three series of products. Plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) equipment can produce a solid-state thin film on the surface of silicon wafer, and is mainly used for memory chip manufacturing. Atomic layer deposition equipment is mainly used for logic chip manufacturing. Chemical vapor deposition (SACVD) equipment is mainly used for wafer manufacturing. The Company mainly sells its products within domestic market.
