Pihlajalinna Plc's Board of Directors and CEO Joni Aaltonen have mutually agreed that Aaltonen will transfer to new positions in the company as of 9 March 2023. He will start as Director, Pirkanmaa and Mid-Finland region and will also assist in M&A transactions. Due to the change, Leena Niemistö, the Vice-Chairman of the Board, will take over as the Chairman of Pihlajalinna's Board.
Mikko Wirén will continue as a member of the Board.
