Pierre & Vacances reports sales of 428 million euros for the 2nd quarter, up 2.4% on the same period a year earlier.

Quarterly sales for the Lodging business rose by 11.7% to 310.2 million euros.

Over the 1st half as a whole, sales came to 778.6 million euros (vs. 741.8 million euros in the 1st half 2022/2023), while Lodging sales reached 597.4 million euros, up +8.6% on the 1st half of the previous year.

This growth was driven both by an increase in the average selling price (+5.7%) and in the number of nights sold (+2.7%).
The occupancy rate rose by 0.8 points to 70.1% (vs. 69.3% in the 1st half 2022/2023).
RevPar was up 7.2% on the 1st half 2022/2023.

According to Franck Gervais, CEO of Pierre & Vacances - Center Parcs, the increase in half-year sales validates the quality of each brand's value proposition and the relevance of the strategy they are deploying.
