Rhino Capital Advisors, LLC acquired 50 Minuteman Road and 6 Technology Drive in Massachus from Peakstone Realty Trust for $58 million.

Peakstone Realty Trust is an internally managed real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company owns and operates a portfolio of predominantly single-tenant industrial and office properties. These assets are generally leased to creditworthy tenants under long-term net lease agreements with contractual rent escalations.
