Paragon ID: Grenadier Holdings jointly crosses the 90% threshold

Grenadier Holdings Limited has declared to the AMF that, together with GIML Investments 3 Limited, it has exceeded the 90% shareholding threshold in Paragon ID, and holds 90.28% of the company's capital and 92.14% of its voting rights.

This threshold crossing results from the acquisition of Paragon ID shares on the market by Grenadier Holdings Limited as part of the simplified tender offer initiated by Grenadier Holdings Limited for the shares of Paragon ID.
