Paragon ID: Grenadier Holdings exceeds 90% of voting rights

On September 21, Grenadier Holdings Limited declared to the AMF that, in concert with GIML Investments 3 Limited, it had exceeded the 90% voting rights threshold in Paragon ID, and held 87.95% of the share capital and 90.88% of the voting rights.

This threshold crossing results from the acquisition of Paragon ID shares on the market by Grenadier Holdings Limited as part of its simplified tender offer for Paragon ID shares.
