ORIX JREIT Inc. (TSE:8954) agreed to acquire Sun Mullion Tower for ¥1.9 million on February 15, 2024. The property reported gross revenues of ¥648 million on December 31, 2023. The consideration will be funded from new borrowings and cash on hand.
The acquisition is expected to close on March 1, 2024.
