Ocean Plastics Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company announced total revenue was TWD 1,534.728 million compared to TWD 1,082.567 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 20.206 million compared to operating loss of TWD 27.156 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 249.959 million compared to TWD 302.237 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.13 compared to TWD 1.37 a year ago.

The Company primarily provides plastic cloths, plastic leather products, synthetic leather products, plastic construction materials and plastic raw materials. The Companyâs products are primarily applied in the manufacture of file folders, stationery related products, balls, shoes, purses, handbags, furniture, sports equipment, tubes, as well as electrical insulating materials, among others. The Company distributes its products in Taiwan, Mainland China, Hong Kong, India and the United States, among others.
