Rubicon Partners SA , formerly Rubicon Partners Narodowy Fundusz Inwestycyjny SA, is a Poland-based investment fund that was created in 1995, as a part of the program of national privatization. In 2009, the Fund accomplished merger with Fund.1 Pierwszy Narodowy Fundusz Inwestycyjny SA and Narodowy Fundusz Inwestycyjny Fortuna SA. The Fund's range of activities includes the full scope of investment banking activities, including all forms of financing (IPO/SPO, private placement, debt financing, mezzanine) and M&A transaction advisory as well as the purchase of valuable papers issued by Treasury, investing in other securities, managing purchased shares and units and granting loans to other bodies registered and performing in Poland. It also provide public relations services.
