Norconsult ASA has filed an IPO in the amount of NOK 2.18818 billion.

Norconsult ASA is a Norway-based holding Company that provides electrical engineering services via its subsidiary Norconsult Norge AS. The Company possesses expertise in several areas, such as transport, buildings, architecture, renewable energy, industry, water, planning, environment and digitalisation. Norconsult ASA offers consultancy services in all phases of a project, and follow up for their clients all the way from the development of ideas and concepts, through planning and engineering design to operation and monitoring. The services of the Company include consulting and design projects preparation including new construction and refurbishment, management of the construction process, building maintenance, programs and training in educational planning and development, planning and construction of hospitals and institutional buildings.
