Nomura Micro Science Co., Ltd. entered into an equity transfer agreement to acquire Swing Shanghai Engineering Co., Ltd. from Swing Corporation on December 14, 2022. The board of directors of Nomura Micro Science Co., Ltd. approved the transaction. Swing Shanghai Engineering recorded Net assets of CNY 38 million, Total assets of CNY 72 million, Sales of CNY 99 million, Operating income of CNY 4 million and net income of CNY 3 million for the year ended December 31, 2021. The transaction is expected to close by January 20, 2023.
