OKK Corporation acquired Nissan Kogyo K.K.

Nidec OKK Corp is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacturing and sales of machine tools. The Machine Tools segment is engaged in the manufacturing and sales of vertical machining centers, grinding centers, graphite machining vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, fixed table horizontal machining centers, five-axis control machining centers, general purpose milling machines, steel processing machines, special machine tools and other products. The Company is also engaged in the manufacturing and sales of water meters and construction hardware products. The Company operates within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including the United States, Europe and China.
