NFK Holdings Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:6494) announced a private placement of 3,600,000 shares at a price of ¥98 per share for gross proceeds of ¥352,800,000 and 36,000 stock acquisition right at price of ¥136 per stock acquisition right for gross proceeds of ¥4,896,000 for aggregate gross proceeds of ¥357,696,000 on October 16, 2019. The transaction will include participation from new investor Funabashi Country Club Co., Ltd. The stock acquisition rights are excisable at ¥105 per share. The company issued shares and stock acquisition rights through third-party allotment method. The payment date is November 19, 2019. The transaction has been approved by the board of the company.
NFK Holdings Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the industrial furnace combustion equipment and incidental businesses. The Company operates through two business segments. The Industrial Furnace Combustion Equipment segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of various combustion equipment. Products include environmental and petrochemical equipment, industrial furnaces, equipment for boilers, industrial furnaces equipment, industrial machinery equipment, as well as burner components and thermal storage burning systems, and others.
