National Petroleum Services Company K.S.C.P. entered into agreement to acquire United Oil Projects Co.

National Petroleum Services Co KSCP (NAPESCO) is a Kuwait-based public shareholding company that operates primarily in the oil and gas industry. The Company is engaged in carrying out cementing, coil tubing, pumping, stimulation and other associated services relating to drilling operations. The Company’s business operations are structured into three segments: the Oil Field Services segment covers cementing, stimulation, coiled tubing, nitrogen services, services tools and industrial cleaning; the Environmental services segment includes, among others, environment impact assessment (EIA) studies, environment monitoring and laboratory services, solid waste management, environmental audit and environmental training, and the Industrial Products and Services segment includes Halon management, fire fighting and fire alarm systems, as well as industrial products and services. NAPESCO has a wholly owned subsidiary, Napesco International Petroleum Services Company WLL.
