Nagano Keiki CO.,LTD. (TSE:7715) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 3,600,100 shares, representing 17.52% of its issued share capital for ¥2,102.46 million. The repurchases will continue till November 7, 2014.
As of September 11, 2014, the company has 20,547,901 shares outstanding excluding treasury shares and has 35,083 shares in treasury.
