Mondo TV: Comunicazione ai sensi ex art. 144-octies e sexies del Regolamento Emittenti

4 aprile 2023 - Con riferimento all'art. 144-octies del Regolamento Emittenti ed in relazione all'assemblea degli Azionisti di Mondo TV S.p.A. convocata in Roma, presso la sede sociale in via Brenta 11, per il 28 aprile 2023 in unica convocazione, si rende noto che l'azionista di maggioranza relativa, Giuliana Bertozzi ha depositato nella giornata di ieri presso la sede sociale la seguente lista di candidati per il rinnovo del Collegio Sindacale:

La lista di candidati con la relativa documentazione allegata (inclusi i CV di ciascun candidato) richiesta dalla normativa vigente, sarà resa disponibile presso la sede sociale, presso Borsa Italiana e sul sito internet della società www.mondotv.itentro il ventunesimo giorno precedente la data della assemblea.

Si precisa altresì che tale lista risulta essere l'unica depositata entro la data di ieri (primo termine previsto per il deposito). Conseguentemente, in conformità alle disposizioni dell'art. 144-sexies, comma 5 del Regolamento Consob 11971/1999, il termine per la presentazione di liste di candidati per la nomina di membri del Collegio Sindacale è prorogato di tre giorni e la soglia percentuale minima di partecipazione al capitale sociale di Mondo TV S.p.A., richiesta per la presentazione di liste, è ridotta dal 4,5% al 2,25%.

Mondo TV: Communication pursuant to Section 144-octies and sexies of Company's Regulation

4 April 2023 - With reference to section 144-octies of the CONSOB Company's Regulation and the shareholders meeting to be held in Rome, at the registered office of Mondo TV, at Via Brenta 11, on May 13, 2020, it is hereby given information that the majority shareholder Giuliana Bertozzi, has filed the following list for the renewal of the Statutory Auditors:

The above list and the relevant attached documentation (including the CV of each candidate) as required by the current laws, will be available at the company's registered office and Borsa Italiana S.p.A., as well as on the company's website www.mondotv.it , Investor relation section, as from the 21st day before the date of the shareholders' meeting.

As an effect, pursuant to section 144-sexies, 5 paragraph of the Consob Regulation 11971/1999, the term for the filing of the list of candidates to the office of member of the Statutory Auditors is extended of three more days, and the minimum percentage of owned shares of Mondo TV S.p.A. for the filing of such list is reduced from 4,5% to 2,25%.
