(Alliance News) - Mondo TV France SA closed 2023 with a loss of EUR40,000 from a loss of EUR200,000 in 2022.

Revenues amounted to EUR2.6 million from EUR1.3 million in the previous year, growth driven by the delivery of 35 episodes of the animated series Grisu.

Compared to the 2023 budget, announced on March 21, 2023, revenues are EUR700,000 lower, Ebitda is EUR1.3 million lower, and Ebit is EUR200,000 lower.

This change is caused by lower revenues due to the postponement to the first quarter of 2024 of the delivery of the last 15 episodes of the animated series Grisu, which has already taken place to date, higher costs to the extraordinary charges resulting from the merger by incorporation of Mondo TV Suisse amounting to approximately EUR400,000, as well as the consolidation of Mondo TV Suisse's results.

Ebitda is EUR1.2 million doubled from EUR600,000 in the year before due to increased revenues.

Ebit is EUR60,000 from negative figure of EUR20,000 recorded as of Dec. 31, 2022.

Net financial debt is EUR1.8 million from EUR1.4 million as of Dec. 31, 2022.

Mondo TV France's stock closed Thursday up 7.1 percent to EUR0.018 per share.
