MicroAd, Inc. (TSE:9553) agreed to acquire 35.92% stake in Uncover Truth Inc. from Cross Marketing Inc. and Draper Nexus Technology Partners II, L.P. managed by DNX Ventures, LLC for approximately ¥340 million on March 28, 2024. Prior to the transaction, MicroAd, Inc. (TSE:9553) held 35.54%. Under the terms of transaction MicroAd will acquire 227,670 shares for ¥336 million and will pay advisory fees of ¥6 million.
The transaction is expected to close on April 5, 2024.
