Rozetta Corp. completed the acquisition of VoiceApp Co., Ltd.

MetaReal Corp is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the machine translation (MT) business and crowdsourcing business. The Company operates through three business segments. MT segment is engaged in the provision of artificial intelligence (AI) MT services, and the research, development and sale of robotic process automation (RPA) that automates related operations. It develops AI-type MT and sells Software as a Service (SaaS) or application programming interface (API) via the Internet. Main service T-4OO covers business documents in medicine, legal, finance, chemistry, machinery, electrical and electronics, and patents fields. Human Translation (HT) segment provides human translation, interpretation, and language education. Crowdsourcing segment is engaged in the provision of multilingual translation, overseas field research services, MT and voice recognition corpus, application localization tests for bilinguals.
