Mercury Systems, Inc. provided earnings guidance for the third quarter and full fiscal year of 2022. For the third quarter of fiscal 2022, revenues are forecasted to be in the range of $245.0 million to $255.0 million. GAAP net income for the third quarter is expected to be approximately $8.2 million to $10.4 million, or $0.15 to $0.19 per share, assuming no incremental acquisition costs, other non-operating adjustments, or non-recurring financing in the period, and approximately 55.9 million weighted average diluted shares outstanding.
For the full fiscal year 2022, revenues are forecasted to be in the range of $1.00 billion to $1.03 billion, and GAAP net income of $44.8 million to $50.1 million, or $0.80 to $0.90 per share, assuming no incremental acquisition costs, other non-operating adjustments, or non-recurring financing in the period, and approximately 55.8 million weighted average diluted shares outstanding.
