Mercury Systems, Inc. provided earnings guidance for the second quarter and full year of 2023. For the second quarter of fiscal 2023, revenues are forecasted to be in the range of $225.0 million to $240.0 million. GAAP net loss for the second quarter is expected to be approximately $10.3 million to $6.2 million, or $0.18 to $0.11 per share, assuming no incremental other non-operating adjustments, or non-recurring financing in the period, and approximately 56.4 million weighted average diluted shares outstanding.
For the full fiscal year 2023, revenues are forecasted to be in the range of $1.01 billion to $1.05 billion, and GAAP net income of $14.8 million to $24.7 million, or $0.26 to $0.44 per share, assuming no incremental other non-operating adjustments, or non-recurring financing in the period, and approximately 56.6 million weighted average diluted shares outstanding.
