M&Z p.l.c. has completed an IPO in the amount of €8.316 million.

M&Z PLC is a Malta-based company. The Company is engaged in the importing, marketing, and distribution of an array of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) in the Grocery and Pharma sectors. It operates within the ambient, chilled, frozen & fresh food, wines & spirits, ice-cream, baby and kids care and home and personal care segments. The Company’s product categories consist of food products, namely ambient, chilled, frozen, ice-cream, fresh, kids’ and personal care products. The Company represents a portfolio of over 90 brands for the retail, pharmacy and food service sectors. The Company services over 1,200 customers weekly spread throughout Malta and Gozo, offering a next-day delivery service. It serves supermarkets, confectionery stores, home and personal care stores, health shops, baby shops, pharmacies, restaurants, beach clubs and cafes. The Company also sells to various third-party e-commerce sites and has also launched its direct-to-consumer sales channel.
