Property development and investment segment develops property for sale and/or holds properties for its own investment purposes and for hotel operations. Investment holding and others segment is engaged in holding investments and providing management services to companies within the Company. Its portfolio consists of projects across civil and infrastructure, commercial, hospital, hotels, leisure, industrial, institutional, mixed development, and residential.
