Posta Slovenije d.o.o. acquired 11.6% stake in Intereuropa, d. d. (LJSE:IEKG) from Luka Koper d.d. (LJSE:LKPG), Luka Koper Inpo, D.o.o. and others on December 14, 2023. Under the terms of agreement, the company Po?ta Slovenije d.o.o, became the holder of an additional 1,960,513 shares in Intereuropa d.d., designated IEKG. As a result, Po?ta Slovenije d.o.o. holds 25,924,545 shares designated IEKG and IEKN, respectively, representing 94,31 % of the share capital of Intereuropa d.d. As a part of acquisition, Luka Koper d.d. and its subsidiary Luka Koper INPO d.o.o. had sold all the shares in Intereuropa d.d. that they held as of 14.12.2023. Luka Koper d.d. sold 1,344,783 shares or 4.8921% of the share capital and Luka Koper INPO d.o.o. 615,730 shares or 2.2399% of the share capital.

Luka Koper dd is a Slovenia-based company engaged in the provision of port and logistics services in the Port of Koper. The Company provides basic port services, such as sorting, palletising, sampling, protection, labelling, weighing, cleaning and other services; management of the economic zone; supporting services; cargo handling; warehousing, and integrated logistics solutions. Through its terminals, the Company handles general cargo, containers, vehicles, dry bulk cargo, liquid bulk cargo, cereals and fodder, livestock, minerals, timber, fruit, alumina, minerals and energy. The Company also offers terminals for cars, containers and roll on-roll off services. Additionally, the Company is engaged in hotel and catering services, as well as waste collection and recycling. As of December 31, 2011, the Companyâs subsidiaries included Luka Koper Pristan doo, Luka Koper INPO doo, Adria Terminali doo, TOC doo and Luka Koper Deutschland GmbH, as well as several associated companies.
