LS EVC Co., Ltd announced that it will issue 34,000,000 common shares at an issue price for an aggregate gross proceeds of KRW 34,000 million on November 21, 2022. The transaction will include participation from LS Cable & System Asia Ltd. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
