Lindbergh, over EUR1 million deal for Vergottini acquisition

Lindbergh S.p.A. is an Italy-based company primarily engaged in providing a technology platform (T-LINQ) for services, products and logistics solutions, including night deliveries, aimed at Field Service Engineers. The Company is present in the Field Service Management segment with activities within the Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) market. It operates through three transversal business units: network management or the sale to field maintenance technicians of services and products, provided by night delivery directly on board the vehicles in use (in-boot in-night service); waste management with all procedures concerning the life cycle of waste, including special ones, and with the care of all formalities, including documentary ones, required according to current legislation; warehouse management, which manages the execution of logistical and storage operations regarding new and used customer forklifts. The Company also offers an on-demand laundry service for workwear.
