LACROIX and AIAC Enter into Exclusive Negotiations for Sale of Road Signs Business Unit

LACROIX Group is one of the European leaders in the design and manufacture of electronic equipment for a more connected and responsible world. Net sales break down by category of products and services as follows: - electronic equipment and subsystems for the automotive, aeronautics, home automation, industrial and healthcare sectors (73.9%): sensors, connectivity, power supplies and control functions; - industrial cyber-secured connected equipment for critical infrastructure management (26.1%): equipment for traffic management (intersection light controllers, variable message signs, V2X), for public lighting (electrical connections, sensors, remote management), for the management of drinking water and wastewater networks (remote management of water towers, treatment plants, pipe monitoring), for the management of smart electrical networks (in particular for the connection of renewable energies) and for the management of heat networks. Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: France (29.6%), Poland (30.5%), the United States (21.7%), Germany (7.6%), Tunisia (7.3%) and other (3.3%).
