Kuwazawa Trading Co. Ltd. cancelled the acquisition of Harakiya Corporation and Harakiya Safety-Step Inc.

Kuwazawa Holdings Corp, formerly Kuwazawa Trading Co Ltd, is a Japan-based company engaged in the sale of construction materials, and the construction and logistics business in Hokkaido. The Company has three business segments. The Construction Materials segment is engaged in the sale of construction materials, including basic materials such as cement, concrete and steel products; building materials such as exterior and interior materials, heat insulating materials and glass sashes; and housing materials such as housing equipment and energy-saving equipment. The Construction Work segment is engaged in the provision of material related work, special work and housing renovation work services. The Materials Transportation segment is engaged in the provision of transportation services, and the vehicle leasing and warehousing business. The Company is also engaged in the real estate leasing business, solar power generation business, insurance agency business and vehicle maintenance business.
