The Company’s segments include construction, property development and investment and corporate and others. The construction segment is in the business of general building. The property development and investment segment are in the business of developing properties and investing, leasing and management of investment properties. The Company’s ongoing construction projects include Riverfront Residences, 4-Storey Community Club, 5-Storey Integrated Development, Bus Interchange, Park Place Residences and others.
