Kruso Kapital SpA, formally known as Prontopegno SpA, is an Italy-based Company engaged in the Consumer Lending Industry. The Company is engaged in both the collateralized loans business and the auction house market for precious metals, art objects and collector cars, with the aim of providing clients with immediate liquidity. Kruso Kapital is part of the Banca Sistema SpA Group, and it carries out pawn credit activities through a network of branches in Italy and on Greek territory through the subsidiary ProntoPegno Grecia, and as an auction house. The Company through its auction house Art-Rite is active in the market of modern, contemporary, ancient, and numismatic art as well as in some collectible segments such as cars.
