Kpp Group Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:9274) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 3,000,000 shares, representing 4.18% of the outstanding shares for ¥2,400 million. The purpose of the program is to enhance shareholder returns, to improve capital efficiency, to implement flexible capital management in response to changes in the business environment.
The program will run until March 31, 2024. As of November 14, 2023, the company had 71,811,953 shares outstanding and 1,432,455 shares in treasury.
