Kitanotatsujin Corporation announced the addition of a logistics center, and has determined that it will establish a new logistics center in Ebina, Kanagawa, as follows. A new logistics center will be added, creating a structure with three centers, in view of increased shipping volume in line with a higher number of orders received in addition to mitigating geographical risk associated with a concentration in logistics centers, and to respond to the "2024 issue" in the logistics industry, with a particular focus on "rising shipping rates" and "increasing lead times for delivery to customers." Additionally, the Company outsources its logistics operations to a specialized company, and as this addition will primarily use the facilities of the outsourced party, the effect on the Company's consolidated financial results and non-consolidated financial results will be minimal. Date of addition: August 4, 2023.

Logistics centers at present: Sapporo, Hokkaido; Soja, Okayama. Logistics centers after addition: Sapporo, Hokkaido; Soja, Okayama; Ebina, Kanagawa.
