Black Cat Pty Ltd entered into binding heads of agreement to acquire Five tenements in Ashburton Basin from Kingfisher Mining Limited.

Kingfisher Mining Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral resource projects throughout Western Australia. The Company is focused on exploration at its wholly owned projects in the Gascoyne Mineral Field of Western Australia. The Company’s tenements cover 938 square kilometers (km2) in the underexplored Gascoyne Mineral Field. The Company has made a high-grade rare-earth elements discovery at Gascoyne region where it holds target strike lengths of more than 54 kilometer (km) along the Chalba mineralized corridor and more than 30 km along the Lockier mineralized corridor. The Company’s projects in the Gascoyne region include the Mick Well REE Project, LK1 REE Projects and the Chalby Chalby Lithium Project. Its Mick Well occurs within a large-scale carbonatite intrusion center that extends over an area of 10 km by 7 km. The LK1 REE Project is located 30 km west of the Company’s Mick Well REE discoveries.
