Kichiri & Co., Ltd. (TSE:3082) agreed to acquire 51% stake in PT Kichiri Rizki Abadi Stock from PT Mahanaim Sejahtera Mandiri for IDR 5.1 billion on June 7, 2019. Kichiri & Co., Ltd. will acquire 2040 shares. At the Board of Directors meeting held on June 7, 2019, Kichiri & Co., Ltd. resolved to acquire PT Kichiri Rizki Abadi stock and make it a subsidiary. Share transfer execution date is July 31, 2019.
