Keyeast Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A054780) agreed to acquire remaining 19% stake in Contents K Co., Ltd. on April 30, 2019. Under the terms of the acquisition, Keyeast Co., Ltd. will issue 0.2 million shares with an exchange ratio of 1: 1.0485412. As of December 31, 2018, Contents K Co., Ltd. reported total assets of KRW 3.5 billion, sales of KRW 16. 5 billion, net loss of approximately KRW 730 million and total capital of 0.8 million. The transaction is expected to close on July 31, 2019.

On August 27, 2012, the Company established a new wholly owned subsidiary, which is mainly engaged in the producing of drama and broadcasting contents.
