Kambi Group plc is an independent provider of sports betting technology and services to the regulated global betting and gaming industry. The Company, through Shape Games, has enhanced its front-end technology. The Company's subsidiaries include Kambi Malta Limited, Kambi Sportsbook plc, Sports Information Services Limited, Kambi Services Limited, Kambi Sweden AB, Global Technology & Sports Limited, Kambi Philippines Inc. and others.
