JCK International Public Company Limited acquired additional 49.9% stake in SG Land Company Limited from Schubert Holdings Pte., Ltd. for THB 42.3 million.

JCK International Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company, which is principally engaged in the property development. The Company operates through four segments. Land and factory building for sale segment concerns purchase of land to develop and to construct a factory, as well as utilities with an objective to sell the empty developed land and the land with factory thereon. Land and warehouse building for rent segment concerns purchase or long-term lease of land for development and construction of warehouse building, as well as utilities with an objective to rent out the land with warehouse building thereon. Office building for rent segment concerns long-term lease of land for development and construction of office with an objective to rent out office space and provide services. Residential condominium units for sale segment concerns construction of residential condominium in city center and suburban area for sale to general people.
