ISHIZUKA GLASS CO., LTD. Ishizuka Glass Co., Ltd. (TSE:5204) agreed to acquire Narumi Corporation from CITIC Japan Partners, L.P. managed by CITIC Capital Partners, CITIC Japan Growth Partners, L.P and 10 individuals for ¥4.3 billion on December 17, 2014. Under the terms, Ishizuka Glass will acquire 5.1 million shares of Narumi Corporation for ¥4.4 billion, which includes advisory fee of ¥55 million. For the period ending March 31, 2014, total assets of ¥14.97 billion, net assets of ¥6.5 billion, net sales of ¥10.6 billion and net income of ¥410 million.
The transaction is expected to close on January 9, 2015. CITIC Japan Partners, L.P. managed by CITIC Capital Partners exited from Narumi effective January 5, 2014.
