Irish Residential Properties REIT PLC - private rental accommodation provider - Says occupancy levels "remained strong" in first-quarter of 2024 at 99.5%, versus 99.4% in fourth-quarter. Says revenue in quarter declines by 3.9%, "reflecting the impact of strategic asset disposals completed in the second half of 2023". "I-RES has continued its momentum from 2023 into the first quarter of 2024, delivering another strong operational performance.
