Inui Global Logistics Co., Ltd. (TSE:9308) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 222,400 shares, representing 0.89% of the outstanding shares, at ¥854 per share for ¥190 million. The purpose of the program is to implement a flexible capital policy. As of May 31, 2017, the company had 25,065,168 shares outstanding and 1,007,792 shares in treasury.
Inui Global Logistics Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the shipping business, the warehousing and transportation business, and the real estate business. The Company has three business segments. The International Shipping segment is engaged in the provision of freight transportation services by ships, and the ship leasing business. The Warehousing and Transportation segment is engaged in the warehousing business including ordinary warehousing and duty-unpaid cargo storage business, the document storage business that stores document boxes and fixtures in the warehouse, as well as the cargo transportation business including warehoused cargo transportation business and moving business. The Real Estate segment is engaged in the leasing of facilities such as owned houses and offices.
