Ingredion Incorporated Announces Retirement of Paul Hanrahan from the Board of Directors, Effective October 28, 2023

On September 15, 2023, director Paul Hanrahan informed Ingredion Incorporated of his decision to retire from the company?s Board of Directors following his assumption of the role of Chairman of Cubico Sustainable Investments. Mr. Hanrahan has served as a director of Ingredion since 2006 and his resignation will be effective October 28, 2023. Mr. Hanrahan indicated that his decision to retire was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company?s operations, policies, or practices.
