Infortar AS (TLSE:INF1T) acquired an additional 3.5% stake in AS Tallink Grupp (TLSE:TAL1T) for ?16.7 million on May 14, 2024. As part of acquisition, 26,030,390 shares were acquired for ?0.64 per share. Infortar now owns 46.7% stake in AS Tallink.
Infortar AS (TLSE:INF1T) completed the acquisition of additional 3.5% stake in AS Tallink Grupp (TLSE:TAL1T) on May 14, 2024.
