On July 5, Rubis Renouvelables declared to the AMF that it had fallen below the threshold of 15% of the voting rights in Hydrogène de France (HDF), as a result of an increase in the company's total number of voting rights.

The declarant, a subsidiary of Rubis, stated that it held 2,530,894 HDF shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 17.66% of the capital and 10.92% of the voting rights of this company specialized in electricity from hydrogen.
