Hong Yi Fiber Ind. Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 510.26 million compared to TWD 490.89 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 42.35 million compared to TWD 108.53 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.32 compared to TWD 0.82 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.32 compared to TWD 0.82 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 1,025.45 million compared to TWD 1,004.25 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 93.54 million compared to TWD 243.1 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.71 compared to TWD 1.83 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.7 compared to TWD 1.83 a year ago.
HONG YI FIBER IND. CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and marketing of textured polyester yarns. The products of the Company include ultra-fine finished fiber yarns, full-dull yarns, colorful three tone yarns, environmental friendly finished yarns and yarns for layered cloth.
