Guizhou Guihang Automotive Components Co.,Ltd (SHSE:600523) agreed to acquire an additional 5.9% stake in Tianjin Daqi Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. from Wang Diansuo on November 30, 2020. Post- closing, the stake of Guizhou Guihang Automotive Components Co.,Ltd in Tianjin Daqi Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. will increase from 73.509% to 79.474%. The transaction has been approved in the 11th Meeting of the 6th Directorate of Guizhou Guihang Automotive Components Co.,Ltd.

Recently, the transaction got approval of Tianjin Wuqing District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau.
