Guangzhou Jiaxin Garment Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Jieyang Hefu New Material Co., Ltd. from Guangdong Rongtai Industry Co.,Ltd (SHSE:600589) for CNY 69 million on September 9, 2022. Guangdong Rongtai's board of directors approved the transaction. As on September 26, 2022, Guangdong Rongtai Industry's shareholders have approved the transaction.
